Day 1 to 5

Day 1

Hey guys, welcome to my bloOOoOoOog! :>
This Blog is all about having a healthy lifestyle (ofc as you can see in the title🤦🏻‍♀️). I honestly don't eat or live healthily because I am a lazy person, but in this blog I will show you guys that there are many ways to loose weight and have a healthy lifestyle (I hope so).





So lets start!!!!!!




I am an egg person, I love eating eggs and I don't even get tired of eat. So, today my Brunch is Eggs, Rice and Milk (just don't mind the mug😆)


Egg and Milk



A lot of people say that eating eggs everyday is not good for your health BUT that isn't true because according to the study of science "3 whole eggs per day are perfectly safe for healthy people. Eggs consistently raise HDL (the “good”) cholesterol. For 70% of people, there is no increase in total or LDL cholesterol. Some people may experience a mild increase in a benign subtype of LDL."








Bringing my younger sister in the park is considered as my physical and mental exercise. Physical, because she keeps on running so I have to follow her wherever she goes. And mental, because whenever you go or bond with babies it help to reduce stress.



After going to the park. I decided to buy ice cream because my sister Claouie really loves to eat ice cream.


Bought only one bc Mom won't let Claouie eat a lot of sweets🤷🏻‍♀️











Day 2



Bonding with my Dad, Mom, and Sister is one of the relaxing activities that I often do (although riding a bus isnt so relaxing but the fact that youre with your Fam is really great).


I may not be always doing physical activities but I do a lot of mental activities with my family😅.

For dinner, our viand isssssss......

Since it is rainy and really cold, ofcourse we need something hot for our tummies. And that is why Dad cooked Fish Tinola🤤.


Tinola is not only yummy but is also known as the comfort food and it also soothes throats and tummies. 






Day 3






Good morniiiingggg! Since I dont have any appetite every morning I decided to eat Puto and Pineapple because I saw my Mom peeling the Pineapple.

Eating Pineapples every morning can help you loose weight, because Pineapples contain fiber and water which helps to prevent constipation and it promotes healthy digestive tract. It is also rich in Bromelain, an enzyme that helps our body digest proteins.





After eating I went to Tanjay to meet my classmates because were going to make our EAPP Project.




When we finished our EAPP Project I ordered Buttered Chicken for my lunch. And shake and Fries for snacks.

We finished our work around 4pm so I decided to eat here for Dinner.

Since I ate a lot of foods I drank Tea so that I can p*** easily😂.


Drinking tea can help you poop easily, although it isnt that good at first but once you get used to it you'll like it and its benefits. Because drinking tea can also help you reduce stress and loose weight.

For me, its much better if you drink tea every night because it helps to facilitate sleep.




Day 4


Today is the Fiesta of Tanjay so I only ate an Apple because I'm going to my friends house.




Apple are known as anti oxidants so eating apple everyday can reduce the risk of developing diabetes, cancer, hypertension and any kinds of heart disease.

And an apple a day keeps the doctors away😂.



For my Brunch I ate Calamares, Salad, and Mango Floaaaatttt!!

At around 3pm I got hungry so I ate Watermelon, Macaroons, and Pineapple (again)

Day 5


My Bruch is...



Guisantis, Pinatatasan, Adobo, and Coffee
